Are you detail-oriented and passionate about corporate governance As our Corporate Secretarial Senior Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Department and Managers in ensuring corporate compliance and managing secretarial responsibilities for a diverse portfolio of companies.

This role offers an opportunity to be hands-on with corporate secretarial work, internal services, and external liaison tasks at the corporate level.

[Your Role & Responsibilities]

Handle a portfolio of local private limited companies and branches of foreign companies with minimal supervision.
Manage all corporate secretarial work related to your portfolio, including preparing necessary documents/resolutions, BizFile submissions, updating statutory registers, and liaising with clients.
Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, annual compliance, and ongoing company administration matters.
Liaise with Registered Agents for the incorporation of offshore companies.
Maintain and update companies statutory registers, filing specific resolutions with the Company Registrar of various offshore jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Provide guidance to Corporate Secretarial Assistants.
Perform related ad-hoc assignments pertaining to the role.

[What We Are Looking For]

[Education]

Diploma or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications.

[Skills & Experience]

2-3 years of corporate secretarial experience in the Corporate Services Industry or related field.
Experienced candidates will be considered for a senior executive role.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with corporate secretarial software such as Viewpoint is an advantage.
