Position Summary / Project Description

Procurement supports client and its stakeholders in its various procurement activities relating to the multi-faceted digital and IT industry and environment. This role provides legal and commercial support to Procurement and business teams. This role works in close collaboration with the internal legal team and supports the delivery of agile, accurate and effective contractual advice with excellence and integrity.

Role and Responsibilities

. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating procurement and commercial agreements to achieve a calibrated best position for the Company from contractual and business perspectives.

.Advising on all relevant policy, compliance and regulatory matters, particularly in relation to cybersecurity & data laws, company law, contract law, intellectual property law, digital and technology laws under the general context of Procurement.

.Advising on and managing contracting documentation and processes.

.Work closely with Procurement, Legal and other corporate functions and stakeholders.

Requirements / Qualifications

. Minimally a bachelor's degree from a reputable university (a degree in Law and/or relevant PQE gained in legal practice or in-house would be an advantage)

.A second degree in IT or exposure to digital, IT, or technology‑driven industries and familiarity with IT architectures and delivery models is a plus.

.Strong analytical ability with an integrated legal, commercial, and technology‑aware mindset.

.A constructive and proactive attitude and approach towards innovation and tech developments, always keen to learn and adapt.

.Excellent applied compliance and regulatory, contracting and negotiation competencies with high capacities, to provide agile, accurate and effective advice, in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, embracing constructive and collegial teamwork, within department and with other departments and stakeholders.

.Excellent spoken and written English.

.Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
