Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactivePersonal Assistant to support the VP/Managing Director in managing day-to-dayoperations, meetings, and communications across multiple markets. This positionrequires exceptional mental agility, social awareness, and professionalism inengaging with internal and external stakeholders worldwide.

What You Do

Manage and coordinate a complex calendar,including scheduling, rescheduling, and effective prioritization ofappointments with speed and accuracy by applying proper judgement.
Organize and execute meetings end-to-end -agenda planning, venue setup, catering, guest coordination, and follow-ups.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for globalmanagers and senior stakeholders maintain discretion, professionalism, anddecorum at all times.
Monitor and manage action items from meetings,ensuring timely completion and communication of next steps.
Anticipate needs and act proactively -identifying opportunities, spotting potential issues early, and responding withsound judgment.
Support strategic planning processes throughcoordination, documentation, and brief preparation.
Facilitate effective networking and relationshipbuilding within internal and external commercial teams.
Represent the office with a positive, energeticattitude - maintain composure and demonstrate situational awareness underpressure (high emotional intelligence).

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree preferred
7-10 years proven experience as an executiveassistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position haveexperience of supporting communication and people engagement initiativespreferred
Exemplary organizational, planning and timemanagement skills
Excellent verbal and written communicationsskills
Good Microsoft office skills, especially Excel,Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload,discretion and confidentiality
Respectful of hierarchy, confidentiality, andcultural differences.
Demonstrates poise and composure, positivity,and solution-oriented thinking
Fast thinker and adaptive problem-solver whothrives in dynamic environments.
Strong social intelligence and the ability toread cues and respond appropriately.
Self-starter who requires minimal supervisionand shows initiative constantly fosters critical thinking and ability to adaptquickly (critical thinking skills)
