Join Our Team -Eldercare & Medical Transport Driver (Island wide Locations)

We're looking for compassionate and responsible individuals to join our team as Eldercare & Medical Transport Drivers.

Work Locations

Assignments may be across various sites, including: Braddell . Eunos . Yew Tee . Ang Mo Kio . MacPherson . West Coast . Fajar .Lentor (Deployment may vary based on operational needs)

Job Responsibilities

Safely transport elderly clients between their homes and care centres
Operate both solo Eldercare Van services and 2-person Medical Transport teams
Assist frail elderly passengers when boarding and alighting vehicles
Secure wheelchairs using vehicle locking systems (requires bending/kneeling)
Ensure all passengers are properly strapped in with safety belts
Operate auto-lifters for wheelchair access
Plan efficient daily routes for client pick-ups and drop-offs
Adhere strictly to traffic rules and speed limits

Training &Development

Sponsored certification in First Aid
Sponsored Defensive Driving Course

Requirements

Minimum GCE N Level or Workplace Literacy & Numeracy Level 4
Valid Class 3 Driving License (min 3 years driving experience)
BDVL Vocational Licence required
Defensive Driving certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Caring personality with a passion for helping others
Physically able to assist elderly passengers (including bending/kneeling)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Eldercare Driver role)
