Job Summary

Join a growing manufacturing company as a Senior Accounts and Admin Executive (Team Lead ), reporting to the CFO and GM (HR).

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable and general ledger tasks, independently handling full sets of accounts when required to ensure accurate financial records
Ensure timely submission of GST returns, monthly financial closing, and preparation of management reports to support business decisions
Assist with year-end closing, audits, and statutory reporting in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow and payment schedules to maintain financial stability
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports to provide insights for management
Support inventory costing, fixed asset tracking, and job costing to maintain accurate cost control
Assist and Handle HR and administrative tasks including recruitment, work pass applications, and compliance-related activities to support workforce management

Required competencies and certifications

Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 consecutive years in the same company
Proficiency in accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and statutory regulations
Understanding of Singapore employment regulations, work pass procedures, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies
Supervisory experience of at least 2 years with an HR background
A male candidate is required to conduct inspections of male-only living quarters and shower facilities while ensuring resident privacy
Willingness to work one Saturday per month
Willing to work in Jurong Area
