We are hiring Sales Business Development Consultant with experience in cross-functional, international environments. This role will focus on driving business growth in the data center industry by building strong client relationships, promoting modular data center solutions, and leading end-to-end sales initiatives in the assigned region. Role: Sales Business Development Consultant (Perm Role)

Location: Singapore

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field;
5+ years of B2B sales/business development experience in data center / IT infrastructure;
Strong understanding of: Modular data centers, M&E systems (power & cooling) and IDC / infrastructure solutions;
Proven track record in solution selling and client acquisition;
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex sales cycles;
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics;
Ability to converse, read, and write in Chinese (Mandarin) is required, as the role involves regular coordination with team members and stakeholders based in China.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive new business acquisition across telecom operators, hyperscalers, and colocation providers;
Build and manage strategic client relationships within the data center ecosystem;
Understand client requirements and provide solution-based selling;
Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure;
Promote modular data center solutions and value-added services;
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, after-sales) for seamless delivery;
Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively;
Strong communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
