Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Communications & Content (Primary Focus)

Develop and execute integrated communications plans across digital, social media, email, website, and events
Craft compelling stories that showcase impact and connect with donors, volunteers, and the public
Translate programme outcomes into engaging content (articles, social media, videos, speeches, decks)
Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms
Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and communications assets

Campaign Management

Plan and deliver integrated campaigns (online and offline) aligned with organisational goals
Coordinate campaign deliverables including content, media, and stakeholder engagement
Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns for stronger impact
Prepare campaign reports, decks, and post-campaign evaluations

Partnerships Support (Secondary Focus)

Support partnerships and fundraising initiatives through campaigns and engagement activities
Assist in developing proposals, decks, and customised communications for partners
Co-create campaigns and storytelling opportunities with stakeholders
Support relationship management and partner engagement

Stakeholder & Programme Coordination

Work closely with programme teams to ensure respectful and accurate storytelling
Collaborate across internal teams for seamless execution
Engage external stakeholders including media, vendors, and collaborators

Events & Content Coverage

Support events through content capture, live coverage, and post-event storytelling
Translate event experiences into engaging communications outputs
