Human Resources Executive (Payroll & Administration)

Ebb & Flow Group is a dynamic F&B hospitality company, proudly operating over 10 outlets across Singapore. We specialize in blending exceptional cuisine with captivating ambiance, creating memorable dining experiences.

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive (Payroll & Administration) to join our team. In this role, you will support payroll processing and handle a wide range of HR administrative duties across our diverse portfolio of F&B outlets, reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement for all employees.

Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, attendance, leave, and payroll data.

Support the administration of employee benefits, claims, and statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IRAS, and other regulatory requirements).

Track and verify timesheets, overtime, and shift schedules in collaboration with outlet managers.

Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labour laws.

Handle HR administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation, contract preparation, and employee correspondence.

Assist in maintaining HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team and respond to employee payroll-related queries.

Support the Senior HR Manager in ad hoc HR projects and process improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative roles (experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus).

Familiarity with payroll processes, local statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS), and employment regulations in Singapore.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling sensitive payroll data.

Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR/payroll systems.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
