Responsibilities:

Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security system
