Reporting to the Director, the Operations Executive candidate is to manage projects assigned and is competent on the following:

- to supervise the well being and performance of the staffs managed under the Operations Executive

- to liaise with clients on their business needs, plan the necessary schedule and supervise the execution.

- to select and develop own team of staffing(s) through recruitment and interviews

- to liaise internally with HR on staffing support and training needs

- liaise internally with DB on new projects preparation and implementation

- to participate in discussion with clients on business needs.
