About the Role:

Our client are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue and gross profit growth within an assigned market. This role focuses on new business acquisition, account development, and delivering end-to-end logistics solutions across freight and contract logistics.

Responsibilities:

Drive revenue and gross profit growth within assigned territory in line with targets.
Identify, prospect, and win new customers while expanding existing accounts.
Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline with accurate CRM updates.
Participate in sales reviews and forecasting proactively address gaps to targets.
Understand customer supply chain needs and propose tailored logistics solutions (air, ocean, land, warehousing).
Manage RFQs, pricing proposals, and contract negotiations with internal stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to pricing, margin, and credit policies with focus on profitable growth.
Work closely with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support business strategy.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to support long-term retention.

Requirements

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding / logistics
Proven track record in business development and closing deals
Strong knowledge of freight products, warehousing, and trade lanes
Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Self-driven, independent, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Possess Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.
