In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end payroll operations for Singapore, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience. You will manage monthly payroll cycles, statutory submissions, audits, reporting, and vendor relationships while driving continuous process improvements.

As part of a progressive HR function invested in developing future rewards talent, you will also have the chance to lead on projects related to annual salary reviews, benefits administration, benchmarking, and policy enhancements as part of a regional and global team.

This position is well‑suited to someone who enjoys operational excellence but is ready for more-someone who wants to build deeper knowledge in reward structures, HR analytics, and compensation governance.
