Roles & Responsibility:

Able to manage Workday functional modules
Support L2 day-to-day operations, addressing tickets, incidents and change requests related to Workday and other HR applications
Ensure resolution time meeting SLA target.
Self-discipline and good deliverables to promote accountability and trust at work.
Perform system configuration and customization.
Monitor system notification (errors) and take appropriate actions.
Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall HRIT Platform proficiency in the end user base.
Able to take pro-active initiatives in BAU support or initiatives.
Successful system and process integration, efficient SLA driven end-user support and communications.
Liaises with necessary AIA colleagues or business partners outside HRIT to ensure delivery of the functional work as required.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Manage S1 issue escalation with relevant parties effectively.
Ensure solutions are consistent with global standards and ensure global solutions architecture team is aligned
Support Manager in executing proof of concepts (POCs) for new Change Request

Requirements:

Education

University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.

Experience

3 to 5 years relevant experience in Workday modules BAU Support
Familiar with ITSM tool (ServiceNow)
Good understanding of how system works.
Possess knowledge of application developments methodologies or system configurations
