Your Responsibilities: -

Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for marine systems and components, including technical consultations and customer assistance.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, quotations, and cost estimates tailored to customer operational and budgetary requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and service teams to develop effective technical solutions and ensure successful project execution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients within the marine and shipping industries through regular visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
Act as the main point of contact for customer technical and commercial enquiries while ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, including participation in tender preparation, contract negotiations, and deal closures to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, customer activity reports, and CRM updates while monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Coordinate project handovers with operations and service teams, ensure customer expectations are met during service execution, and participate in post-project reviews for continuous improvement.

You will need: -

Possesses valid Class 3 driving license
Min Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
Min 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales
Experience in marine, oil & gas, or industrial sectors preferred
