What You'll Do

Partner with software teams to enhance application reliability, performance, and scalability.
Provide production support (BAU), proactively resolving issues before they affect business operations.
Automate workflows with Python, Unix shell scripting, and AWS Lambda.
Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub on AWS Cloud, following best practices.
Perform database management and queries (Document-Oriented DB experience is a plus).
Configure monitoring solutions (Grafana, PagerDuty) to ensure system health and rapid incident response.
Participate in occasional weekend production releases/deployments.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of DevOps/Software Engineering experience.
Proven expertise in AWS Cloud technologies, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong skills in Git, Unix/Linux, PL/SQL; scripting/coding experience highly valued.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as PagerDuty and industry-standard solutions.
Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
Ability to work independently and lead improvement projects.
Must be a Malaysian Citizen/Permanent Resident/RPT due to business needs
