Job Description

Documentation & Tracking: Assist in maintaining and updating records for quarterly change requests, ensuring accurate daily tracking and timely reporting.
Billing Support: Help with the preparation and submission of billing documents related to quarterly requests.
Compliance Inventory Management: Monitor and update the inventory for card scheme compliance, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Educational Background

Currently pursuing in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas, pivot tables).
Familiarity with documentation tools and basic data tracking systems.

Analytical & Organizational Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
Ability to track and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Communication Skills

Good written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow up on tasks.

Work Ethic & Attitude

Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
Willingness to take initiative and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Experience (Optional)

Exposure to budgeting or cost management processes is advantageous.
