Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, timely, and patient-centred nursing care in ward or nursery settings
Monitor patient conditions, perform assessments, and maintain accurate documentation of vital signs and clinical observations
Administer medications and intravenous infusions in accordance with clinical protocols
Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and examinations
Respond promptly to medical situations and ensure appropriate escalation when required
Support patient care coordination and contribute to a smooth clinical workflow
Participate in team collaboration, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Handle administrative and operational duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Nursing
Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
Relevant nursing experience in clinical settings
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to different shift arrangements
Committed to delivering high standards of patient care
