Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Promote and sell optical communication products and testing equipment to telecom operators, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the telecommunications and fiber optic market.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide professional sales support.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and project updates for management.
Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Optical Communications, Electronics, or related field.
Candidates with a telecommunications background or experience in the optical communication industry are preferred.
Junior-level candidates are welcome (1-3 years of sales or industry experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in selling fiber optic equipment, optical modules, or testing instruments (OTDR, OSA, etc.).
Existing customer resources in telecom operators, contractors, or system integrators.
Good understanding of fiber optic networks and communication technologies.
