Job Summary

As a Brand-Category Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble, you will drive financial analysis and strategy development across business categories, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align and implement impactful business plans.

Responsibilities

Manage medium-sized projects by developing financial models and performing strong analytics to support strategic business decisions
Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify and quantify value creation opportunities within various business categories
Contribute actionable insights to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and organizational development
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and business objectives
Utilize financial models and interpret data to support informed decision-making processes for business unit leaders
Provide objective, data-driven insights and analysis to guide leadership in financial and strategic planning
Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing financial performance and operational efficiency
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their financial analysis skills and analytical capabilities

Role Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Ability to think strategically, make sound judgments, and drive measurable results
Proficiency in financial modeling and data interpretation techniques
Strong analytical skills applied to financial analysis and strategic decision support
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant data analysis software
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly and influence leadership decisions
Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
