Schedule staff and plan workloads to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Conduct staff appraisals and address performance issues.
Develop staff skills and provide ongoing training.
Oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations to maintain high standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock.
Control costs, including budgeting for supplies, equipment, and labor.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and functional.
Manage and oversee waste management processes.
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure standards are met.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and other relevant policies.
Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Make sure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Liaise with supervisors and clients to prioritize tasks and address needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master degree in Sale & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Physically fit in order to carry heavy objects
Independent and able to take initiative
Good coordination and organisation skills
Possesses good time management
Able to work well in a team
Experience in management may be advantageous.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
Execute other ad-hoc duties as required by the management from time to time
The ability to work under pressure
Willing to work within opening hours (e.g weekends & Public holidays)
Willing to work multiple shifts
