About the Role

This role supports global trading operations by managing end-to-end sales documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

You will play a key part in handling import and export transactions, ensuring accuracy in trade documentation, and supporting the sales team in day-to-day operational matters.

If you are detail-oriented, organized, and interested in international trade, this role offers strong exposure to global trading processes and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Operations & Documentation

Manage daily sales operations for global trading transactions (import & export)
Process purchase orders, sales contracts, and Proforma Invoices (PI)
Monitor order status and shipment schedules
Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, L/C documents, etc.)
Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping of trade documentation

2. Customer & Supplier Coordination

Act as the primary contact for day-to-day communication with local and overseas customers and suppliers
Coordinate shipment schedules and support basic commercial terms discussions
Follow up on outstanding issues, claims, and after-sales matters in coordination with Sales Manager

3. Internal Support & Reporting

Assist in quotation preparation and basic cost calculations
Update sales records, shipment lists, and payment tracking
Provide administrative support related to sales operations

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in trading or sales operations
Basic understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms, L/C, shipping terms)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
