Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience delivering digital transformation projects, including two successful ServiceNow CSM or SPM implementations.
Strong ServiceNow functional expertise spanning configuration, workflows, integrations, automation, and enterprise SaaS solution delivery.
Proven experience facilitating stakeholders, gathering requirements, influencing decisions, and driving complex transformation programmes successfully.
Knowledge of cloud architecture, agile methodologies, product delivery models, and emerging technologies including AI tools.
Candidates must have CSM or SPM experience; ITSM-only profiles and notice periods beyond two months will not be considered.
