You will gain foundational exposure to Infrastructure and IT Operations technologies, including:

Wintel and UNIX environments
Virtualization technologies
Cloud computing fundamentals

Key Responsibilities

Log, validate, and diagnose customer technical issues across a range of products and applications used at customer sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues through effective information gathering, analysis, and problem investigation.
Provide timely solutions or escalate incidents to the appropriate resolution teams when required.
Ensure all tickets and escalations are managed in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the incident resolution process.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Basic knowledge of:

Desktop operating systems
Common software applications
PC hardware fundamentals
Networking concepts and Internet technologies

Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across different requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, conduct research, and resolve user problems.

Eligibility

Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program (any computer‑related discipline) at a recognized College or University.
Singapore Citizen only.

Internship Details

Intake: April/May 2026
Duration: 6 months
