Job Summary

Provide facial and brand-specific beauty treatments to clients while maintaining high service standards and professionalism in a luxury spa environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver facial and brand-specific beauty treatments to meet clients individual needs and enhance their experience
Achieve personal treatment completion targets, client attendance goals, and service quality standards
Provide attentive and professional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of service areas, equipment, and supplies to comply with hygiene standards
Confidently handle beauty equipment and tools to perform treatments effectively
Work collaboratively with team members during shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Possess professional beauty or spa service certifications such as CIBTAC, ITEC, or WSQ
Have prior experience working as a beautician in beauty salons
Demonstrate good manual dexterity and confidence in using beauty treatment equipment
Exhibit a positive and professional service attitude

Other Information

Work schedule includes shift work, weekends, and certain public holidays with 6 days off per month
Remuneration includes attractive basic salary, service commission, performance incentives, and guaranteed commission up to 3 months
