We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive business growth by developing strategic customer relationships and expanding cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and managed services opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to provide tailored technology solutions.
Promote recurring business opportunities through managed services and long-term customer engagement.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts for management.
Demonstrate a proactive hunter mindset in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Take ownership of sales activities with discipline, consistency, independence, and a results-driven approach.

Requirements

Must-have:

Minimum 5–10 years of direct sales experience within the IT industry.
Proven experience selling Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Partner ecosystem and cloud-first solution selling.
Proven experience selling cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and managed services solutions.
Strong track record in enterprise solution sales.
Experience managing customers within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with strong ownership, discipline, and the ability to work independently
