Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant (Contract – Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident in delivering end-to-end SAP HCM solutions and are open to transitioning into a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management, etc.)
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Provide functional expertise and recommend best practices in SAP HCM processes
Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support
Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations
Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks within project timelines

Key Requirements

5+ years of experience in SAP HCM consulting
Strong hands-on experience in core HCM modules (Payroll experience is a plus)
Proven experience in implementation and/or support projects
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certification in HCM or related modules
Experience working in global or regional projects
Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, SuccessFactors)
