Job Summary:

Detail-oriented accounting professional to manage financial reporting, tax compliance, and client portfolios while ensuring regulatory accuracy and service excellence.

Responsibilities

Maintain full sets of accounts, including general ledger, AP/AR, and supporting schedules
Perform bank reconciliations and validate accuracy of financial transactions
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, schedules)
Prepare and submit GST, withholding tax, and other tax filings in accordance with IRAS regulations
Support corporate tax computations and submissions
Compile financial statements in compliance with SFRS standards
Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes
Manage client portfolios, respond to queries, and provide accounting and tax advisory services
Ensure compliance with SFRS and IRAS regulations, staying updated on regulatory changes
Perform ad hoc accounting and tax-related duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in an outsourced accounting firm
Professional qualification in ISCA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent (candidates in progress will be considered)
Strong knowledge of SFRS and IRAS regulations, including GST, corporate tax, and withholding tax
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP B1) experience with any is an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
