Supervise and review the segment consolidation and support in the preparation of financial and management reporting of the Group, in accordance with group accounting policies
Work closely with Business Partner Team on segment reporting and forecast/budget
Support the preparation of SGX results announcements of the Group, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards, company law, and SGX listing rules and best practices
Support the preparation of Annual Report of the Group
Support the consolidation of forecasts and budgets
Provide support on Group Financial Reporting System, following up with consultants on issues raised on the of new Group Financial Reporting System
Liaise with group auditors on group audit
Liaise with consultants on corporate activities
Lead and supervise the Finance team, providing clear guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth
Oversee the training and development of teams to ensure competency in performing all required tasks
Assist in ad-hoc assignments when required

Job Requirements

Recognised degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CA
10 - 12 years of relevant working experience, ideally with initial years in a Big 4 audit firm followed by commercial experience, performing similar roles and duties
Conversant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and other regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies
Strong leadership experience in managing and leading teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial reporting
Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills able to manage priorities and workflow
Self-driven, meticulous, energetic, proactive, good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills, and a keen analytical mind
