Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

Assist in the development and management of BIM models for building and infrastructure projects.
Work with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software to create and update digital models.
Support engineers and architects in clash detection, coordination, and visualization of project designs.
Assist in the preparation of drawings, schedules, and documentation for project planning and execution.
Conduct model audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM workflows.
Research and implement best practices in digital construction and automation.
Assist in organizing and managing project data within Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Background in BIM Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of BIM concepts, 3D modeling, and digital construction workflows.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Due to the sensitive nature of the project, only Singaporean candidates will be considered.
