Responsibilities

Oversee employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary cases, misconduct investigations, and due inquiry processes in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Advise management on performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, terminations, restructuring matters, and potential legal risks.
Ensure full compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, Tripartite Guidelines, and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) labour and ethics standards.
Support and prepare for compliance audits, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to fair labour and ethical practices.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee documentation and lifecycle administration.
Maintain accurate HR records, policies, SOPs, and HRIS data integrity.
Oversee leave administration, employee benefits, payroll inputs, and work pass applications and renewals.
Support workplace safety and health (WSH) compliance initiatives and manage workplace incident reporting.
Promote employee wellbeing initiatives and contribute to a fair, safe, and ethical working environment.
Provide HR advisory support to managers and contribute to organisational change initiatives and HR projects.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
IHRP-CP / IHRP-SP is added advantages.
Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
Familiarity with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards in labour and ethics.
Strong communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
