Job Summary

You will manage supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient order forecasting, inventory control, and timely delivery. This role drives operational excellence by managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with vendors and freight forwarders to optimize supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

Responsible for effective supply chain management activities from order forecasting through goods receiving to order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Maintain up-to-date records of all stock keeping units by tracking stock movements and generating regular inventory reports to support decision-making
Support warehouse management by organizing stock systematically, enforcing warehouse safety compliance, and ensuring all facilities and equipment are operational
Supervise and execute stock take, audit, and stock reconciliation processes to maintain inventory accuracy
Oversee order fulfillment by ensuring correct picking and packing of goods to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
Plan and manage daily logistics operations, including delivery scheduling and cost control, to guarantee timely and cost-effective distribution
Coordinate with freight forwarders or logistics vendor to manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring smooth transportation flow
Manage product labeling, packing, and delivery materials to maintain quality and compliance standards
Collaborate with vendors to coordinate container loading/unloading, product labeling, and packing activities
Lead and manage the team responsible for timely completion of product labeling tasks, ensuring operational targets are met

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, to analyze and report operational data
Working knowledge of inventory management software to support stock control activities
Able to communicate effectively across teams and vendors
