Cocoa

We are a leading supplier of cocoa beans and cocoa ingredients, including cocoa powder, cocoa butter, and cocoa liquor, ranking among the top three processors worldwide. We are a cocoa supplier that provides great natural cocoa ingredients to customers all over the world, working with partners across the supply chain to create indulgent treats for consumers while helping to provide a positive future for cocoa. We work closely with our customers to inspire new concepts and solve for challenges they face in developing new cocoa products for their consumers, while delivering value to their business. Building on two decades of supporting farmers and cocoa-growing communities, around the world, we launched Cocoa Compass in October 2019, with the report published in 2024 winning Sustainability Report of the Year at the UK Green Business Awards! It sets challenging goals to tackle the key issues facing the cocoa supply chain by 2030, with interim milestones for action. We are proud to have already achieved, in 2020, 100% traceability and deforestation monitoring in our direct cocoa supply chain. Job Description

Financial Operations & Reporting

Review and analyse purchase orders, accruals, and manufacturing-related expenses to ensure correct financial booking.
Prepare standard costing files for system upload and support cost rollup processes.
Assist in monthly and quarterly inventory stock checks and reconciliation activities.
Prepare and update weekly reports on spare parts, fixed assets, and inventory movement.
Support physical spare parts verification at the store, plant, and production areas to ensure inventory accuracy.

Data Processing & Documentation

Process and compile order reports for operational teams.
Assist in archiving and digitalising finance documentation for audit readiness and compliance.

Projects & Improvements

Participate in adhoc finance projects, such as process enhancement initiatives, data analysis tasks, or system improvement activities.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support continuous improvement in financial controls.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., journal entries, accruals, costing).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data formatting).
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good analytical skills.
Able to work independently and in a team in a fastpaced operating environment.
