Work you'll do

Lead and oversee IT audit engagements from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables within established timelines.
Conduct risk assessments and develop audit programs to address key IT risks, including cybersecurity, data privacy, IT governance, and emerging technologies.
Evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT controls, identify control deficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, IT environment, and industry-specific challenges to tailor audit approaches and solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of IT audit professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to support their professional development.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in IT audit and risk management to enhance service offerings and client value.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of strong leadership experience leading a dynamic IT audit and/or risk assessment team.
Professional services experience (e.g., Big 4 or consulting firms) is a strong advantage.
Proven track record of leading complex IT audit engagements, managing client relationships, and delivering impactful recommendations.
Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Studies, Actuarial Science or Cyber Risks or equivalent.
Pursing or certified with certifications such as CIA, ISMS Lead Auditor, CISA, etc is preferred.
Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST Cybersecurity Framework), regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and industry standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
