Demonstrated strong experience in retail sales and merchandising within the apparel industry.
Sales-driven mindset with a positive and proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
Skilled in developing and planning sales strategies in collaboration with the Head of Company.
Effectively work with the marketing team to coordinate and execute promotional campaigns.
Responsible for planning sales mechanics, negotiating, and securing promotional space with department store buyers.
Experience in retail outlets will be an added advantage.
Manage stock allocation across all distribution channels to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Execute stock consolidation and manage conversion items to maximize product efficiency.
Involved in quality inspections (QIC) for new products to ensure compliance with Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL) standards.
Maintain communication with Platform Account Managers to drive promotional campaigns and maximize visibility.
