We are seeking a highly organised, versatile, and eager-to-learn Creative Production Intern to support our (TV/Online Commercial) origination teams. Unlike a standard on-set runner role, this internship offers a rare 360-degree view of high-end advertising production.

You will act as the crucial do-it-all support across three main pillars: Agency Production (supporting pre- and shoot production), our In-house Post-Production facility (editing, grading, VFX), and our Audio suites. This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand the complete lifecycle of major commercial campaignsfrom the initial brief to the final broadcast deliveryand thrives in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Producer Support (Pre-Production & Shoot)

Assist Agency Producers in liaising with external production houses, directors, and agency creatives.
Help prepare and organise critical pre-production documentation, including PPM (Pre-Production Meeting) booklets, casting decks, and schedules.
Support the logistical and administrative side of vendor management, including tracking quotes, NDAs, and assisting with talent/music rights documentation.

In-House Post-Production Coordination (Visuals)

Assist Post-Producers in tracking project workflows across the full post-pipeline: ingest, creative offline editing, colour grading, online compositing, and 2D motion graphics.
Coordinate the movement of heavy assets: managing hard drives, file ingestion, folder organisation, and strict version-control of creative files.
Help liaise with and track deliverables from outsourced 3D/CGI support partners, ensuring internal artists have what they need, when they need it.

In-House Audio Production Support

Assist with scheduling and preparing our in-house 5.1 audio mixing and Voice-over (VO) recording suites.
Coordinate logistics for VO talent, including artist welcome and session execution.
Assist with background music searches, SFX downloads, and organising final audio splits/stems for campaign toolkits.

General Operations & Workflow (The Do-It-All)

Act as a central communication hub, ensuring smooth handoffs of assets between the shoot team, post-visual team, and audio team.
Maintain resource calendars, helping to schedule suites (Edit, Grade, Audio) and track artist availability.
Anticipate bottlenecks and assist production leads with daily problem-solving to keep projects running on schedule.

What We're Looking For:

A strong interest in the process of filmmaking and post-production, not just the glamorous on-set moments.
Extreme attention to detail (you are the kind of person who names your files meticulously).
Strong communication skills to interact with diverse teams (creative directors, editors, audio engineers, and external vendors).
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new production management or file-transfer software.
