What You Will Do

As the Senior Commercial Sales Director for the APAC region, you will own the region's sales and business development strategy, from identifying new revenue streams to closing complex commercial partnerships and leading a worldclass sales function.

A strong track record of delivering revenue growth across APAC markets.
Expertise in strategic business development, complex dealmaking, and channel/partner management.
Leadership experience building and scaling successful sales teams in multicultural environments.
Strong analytical mindset with mastery of CRM, forecasting, funnel management, and commercial KPIs.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Preferably, exposure to distributor/agent networks and fluency in Mandarin.

You'll work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and senior regional leadership to influence strategy and drive high impact outcomes across the entire business.
