We are seeking a Senior Executive, Human Resources to support Payroll and People Operations in Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities

Payroll

Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs including new hires, exits, bonuses, reimbursements
Coordinate with payroll vendor to ensure timely and error-free payroll processing
Collaborate with internal teams for reconciliation and payroll-related accounting entries

People Operations

Work internally to manage full employee lifecycle effectively
Maintain and update HR tools & systems
Support initiatives to boost employee engagement
Support performance review cycles, feedback initiatives, and documentation
Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Requirements

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
Minimum 7 years of experience in People Operations, with a strong focus on payroll.
Strong understanding of Employment Law in Malaysia and Singapore
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Empathy, integrity and collaborative attitude
Ability to integrate with current team, non-disruptive
