Accounting Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR and General Ledger.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and support month-end closing.
Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and update daily/weekly actuals.
Assist in preparing financial statements, bank reconciliation, and audit schedules.
Handle GST filing and ensure timely submission to IRAS.
Good understanding of bank facilities, including bank guarantees, loan terms, hire purchase and mortgage loans.
Liaise with auditors, suppliers, customers, and external partners as required.
Maintain proper documentation, filing, and compliance with accounting standards.

HR Responsibilities

Manage full cycle of recruitment: job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP/SP/EP).
Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and generate payslips.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and staff handbook.
Manage and renew company insurance policies (medical, work injury, etc.).
Maintain employee records, leave, attendance, and HR database.
Submit tax clearance (IR21) and prepare annual IR8A forms.
Support training, employee relations, and HR compliance matters.
Assist with ad-hoc HR and finance tasks when required.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of experience in both HR and accounting roles.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, IRAS tax filing, payroll processes, and GST requirements.
Proficient in Xero accounting software and Payboy payroll system.
Independent, resourceful, meticulous, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
