Key Responsibilities

Team Goal & Target Management

Take complete ownership of team marketing goals and campaign targets
Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets collectively
Ensure all campaign deliverables and lead targets are completed on time

Team Performance Monitoring

Track team productivity across ads, content, and campaign execution
Monitor performance of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media campaigns
Track leads, conversions, engagement, and ROI
Identify gaps in performance and skill levels
Take corrective actions to improve results and ensure consistent target achievement

Team Handling & Operations

Team Motivation & Engagement

Training & Coaching Support

Guide team members on Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and campaign strategies
Support skill development in tools like Canva, Ads Manager, and analytics platforms
Ensure process adherence and quality standards
Support onboarding and training of new team members
