Job Summary:

Basic Salary: $2600 - $2800
Location: Bedok South
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Support month-end closing activities and reporting.
Process and verify staff claims and reimbursements.
Provide administrative support for office and warehouse supplies management, including ordering and inventory tracking.
Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Human Resource, Business Administration or any other related fields
Preferably with 2-3 years of Accounting and Admin experience
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
