We are looking for Educational Psychologists to join our team. Dynamics Psychological Practice is located in Orchard Road in Singapore and is part of the Dynamics Therapy Group. The vision of our organization is that we are here to help. As such we have a varied caseload throughout the lifespan, ranging from young children to adolescents to adults.

One of the unique aspects of the work in Dynamics is the ability for truly interdisciplinary work with other Psychologists as well as with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists, Teachers and educators, Educational Therapists, and ABA therapists. Another unique aspect is the ability to blend together school-based work with private practice caseload.

The Role:

Conduct psychological assessment who may present with Learning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) etc and provide psychological intervention.
Provide psychological intervention/therapy for children coping with emotional, mental and behavioural issues and their family members.
Provide detailed recommendations for the individual needs of the child.
Write assessment reports.
Provide feedback after assessment was completed and explain the report, the results and they recommendations.
Maintain complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to company policies.
Work in a multidisciplinary team of professionals
Work full-time, part-time, or as locum (hourly-rated with minimal guaranteed salary)

The Profile:

Passionate about helping others and loves working in larger teams
Has real world experience working with clients and wants to build and maintain and diverse caseload
Believes in the immense value of multidisciplinary work
Seeking a practice with strict adherence to protocols and standards but without the red tape of the public sector
Has a growth mindset and wants to grow with the practice
Master or PhD in Educational Psychology or similar discipline
Five years of experience working with children in schools, hospitals or private practice
