Deloitte Government & Public Services is committed to improving public outcomes through a focus on people. At Deloitte we think about the complex issues facing the public sector and develop relevant, timely, and sustainable solutions for our clients.

This role sits within the industry-leading Project Management professionals will enable our public sector client's end-to-end journey from on premise legacy systems to the cloud, from design through deployment, and leading to a transformed organisation primed for growth.

You'll work alongside our clients to help them achieve success in the Project Management, with reference to the following areas:

Lead and manage all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
Re-imagine ways of working. Engage the entire businesses to re-imagine the way work gets done and how new products and services are brought to market, all enabled by different technologies.
Innovate in delivery. Embrace new agile ways of working, enabled by new Cloud tools, to deliver your Cloud solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.

Actively contribute to building the talent pipeline by championing a talent experience that attracts, develops and retains top talent and high performing teams.

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in a technology or engineering discipline with a well ranked institution and/or currently enrolled in a MBA program.
Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience in Project Management with leading managing consulting firms in Government or Public Sector.
Experience in end-to-end technology implementation, including requirements harmonisation, service design, UI design, usability testing, solutioning.
Ensure timely and successful project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
Oversee the implementation of complex IT solutions, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Manage project teams, including internal Deloitte resources and external vendors and subcontractors.
Conduct regular project status reviews with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
Develop and maintain relationships with key government and public sector clients.
Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.
