Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, cleansing, and ensuring the accuracy of Excel sheets related to all outbound campaigns. This role requires basic data analysis skills to ensure 100% data integrity and to support campaign reporting and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, update, and cleanse Excel sheets for all outbound campaigns to ensure data accuracy and consistency from the agents on the ground.
Cross-verify data entries against source documents and relevant records to identify and correct discrepancies.
Maintain organized records of campaign data, updates, and revisions.
Perform basic data analysis to generate reports and insights to aid decision-making.
Collaborate with team members for both external and internal stake holders to resolve data discrepancies and improve overall data quality.
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations as needed.
Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards at all times.

Requirements

Min. GCE O Levels with at least 2 years of experience in the service industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, pivot tables, and basic data analysis functions.
Strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Basic analytical skills to interpret, validate, and derive insights from data.
Prior experience in data management, administrative support, or related roles is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
