Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

1. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resources.

2. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.

3. Ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Management:

1. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team.

2. Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to ensure the solution meets their needs.

3. Manage expectations and communicate progress regularly to all stakeholders.

Risk Management:

1. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

2. Monitor and address any issues or changes that could impact the project's success.

3. Implement contingency plans as needed to handle unforeseen challenges.

Quality Assurance:

1. Ensure that the Yonyou solution meets quality standards and business requirements.

2. Oversee testing phases to ensure functionality, performance, and user acceptance.

3. Implement best practices and industry standards in project execution.

Change Management:

1. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources.

2. Facilitate communication and training for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the Yonyou system.

3. Address any resistance to change and ensure that the transition is as seamless as possible.

Documentation and Reporting:

1. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.

2. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

3. Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Compliance and Governance:

1. Ensure that the project complies with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

2. Implement and enforce governance structures and practices to maintain project integrity.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.

Over 5 years of experience in project consulting, implementation, or management, with a preference for candidates experienced in financial and supply chain project implementation.

Strong understanding of enterprise business management processes and extensive project management experience.

Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin preferred.

Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and Gantt charts;

PMP certification or knowledge of project management is a plus.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to oversee projects and effectively allocate team resources.
