The role

People are at the heart of everything we do. Given our recent expansion, it is becoming more important than ever that we are well structured to support our people and achieve our business goals.

As our People & Culture Intern, you will gain hands-on experience at the core of our organisation, supporting both employee experience and workplace operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the People & Culture team on meaningful initiatives that shape how our people work, collaborate, and thrive.

You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you'll contribute to real projects, engage with stakeholders across the business, and play a role in creating a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Main responsibilities :

Employee Engagement

Support the development and execution of sustainable and progressive employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall employee experience, satisfaction, and commitment
Assist in planning and coordinating team bonding activities, engagement programmes, and company events
Research, develop, and recommend creative initiatives to support organisational diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals

Office Management & Operations

Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as required
Oversee office equipment and maintenance (e.g., printers, phones)
Ensure the upkeep, organisation, and overall functionality of office spaces
Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and services
Track office expenses, support budget monitoring, and prepare basic reports
Coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Support the coordination of regional meetings, webinars, conferences, and town halls
Address employee queries or concerns related to office matters

Projects & Initiatives

Support and coordinate People & Culture projects and initiatives across the region
Assist in end-to-end execution of projects such as office moves, workspace optimisation, and workplace experience improvements
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery within timelines

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Available for 6 months internship period
A strong interest in coordination of engagement events and facilitating the management of the office space A strong interest in employee engagement, workplace experience, and office operations
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
Candidate must be a Singapore citizen/PR/eligible to work in Singapore
