Our client, a leading private equity backed organisation with an outstanding track record of success, is seeking a Finance Director to partner closely with the local Finance Head and elevate finance excellence across the group. This role requires international mobility, and the successful candidate must be able to relocate within the region to join a hugely successful team driving performance and standards at a group level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance insights
Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and compliance standards across all business units
Build and enhance group-level reporting structures, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and decision-ready information
Partner with the Finance Head to implement best-practice financial processes, policies, and systems
Drive strategic initiatives focused on cost optimisation, productivity, and financial discipline
Support board and investor reporting aligned with private equity expectations
Mentor and develop finance teams, promoting continuous improvement and accountability
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational performance and margin improvement initiatives
