We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Fund Corporate Secretarial based in our Vistra, Singapore office. This is a full-time and permanent position.

Key responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining full spectrum of company secretarial duties and be responsible for statutory compliance works
Compliance with provision in the Singapore Corporate Enactments, Statutory Reporting / Filing and corporate governance
Streamline all workflow processes to ensure prompt and professional service rendered to all parties
Liaising with accounting team, management and clients
Monitoring and co-ordinating with the Agents in relation to the offshore entities i.e. Cayman, BVI and others
Attending meetings and drafting minutes
Drafting and preparing documents i.e. Directors Resolutions and other relevant documents for the clients
Responsible in obtaining compliance clearance for internal onboarding and external KYC requests
Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Key responsibilities:

Corporate assignments knowledge in Singapore and other jurisdictions essential
Pursuing the qualification of Chartered Secretary (ICSA) would be an added advantage
Min of 4-6 years experience in handling a portfolio independently
Experience in handling fund administration will be an added value
High professional integrity and maturity
Good communication skills and tactful
Meticulous attention to fine details and ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-tasking
Independent, self-motivated and has initiatives
Ability to organise and prioritize work with minimal supervision
Strong team player
