Founded in 2018, Lendela is a fast-growing fintech on a mission to simplify financing and enable greater financial access. Our platform matches borrowers with personalised loan options through a simple application, empowering borrowers with choice and transparency while offering an alternative to the cumbersome and opaque traditional lending landscape.

Since our inception, we have facilitated over 400,000 loan applications alongside more than 100 lending partners. In 2023, we successfully raised US$5 million in an oversubscribed Series A to scale our unique model across Asia Pacific. Our backers include Singlife co-founder Walter de Oudes Chocolate Ventures as well as prominent Singapore-based VC firm Cocoon Capital. Lendela currently serves customers in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.

At Lendela, were looking for a Marketing Associate who brings creativity to life through design. If you have an eye for aesthetics, can translate ideas into engaging assets, and want to see your work directly impact business growth, this role is for you.

This is not your typical marketing role. If youre someone who thrives on owning campaigns end-to-end, testing bold ideas, and driving results, we want you. Youll be given the autonomy to make impactful decisions and see your work translate into real business growth.

Responsibilities

Design on-brand assets: Create high-quality, social-native creatives, ads, and CRM visuals that are both performance-driven and aligned with Lendelas brand guidelines.
Own CRM performance: Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels, combining design and messaging for maximum impact.
Experiment boldly: Run structured A/B tests on messages, creatives, and sequencesthen analyse and report results.
Create content that converts: Develop full-funnel creatives across formats and channels, from static ads to short-form video.
Support growth initiatives: Contribute to SEO, content, affiliates, and KOL campaigns by ensuring creatives are engaging, clear, and conversion-ready.
Collaborate across functions: Work closely with product, design, and leadership to scope and push forward high-impact marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

A creative portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills across digital formats.
Ability to follow brand guidelines with precision, ensuring every asset is consistent, polished, and purposeful.
Experience (or strong interest) in marketingespecially CRM, lifecycle, or digital campaigns.
A mix of creativity and analytical thinking: you know how to design for conversions, not just aesthetics.
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Canva, Capcut, Adobe Suite (bonus if youre strong in motion/short video editing).
Comfort with datausing performance metrics to iterate, improve, and make independent decisions.
Detail-oriented, curious, and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
