This is apermanent night-shift role(7pm to 7am, Thursday to Saturday & alternate Wednesdays).

The position is with a leading global provider of electronics manufacturing services and IT solutions, supporting high-performance computing, enterprise storage, and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Include:

Providing end-user IT support during night shifts
Monitoring ticketing systems for manufacturing-related issues
Performing basic SQL queries to pull system data
Supporting network and server health, label printing, and production systems
Conducting internal IT audits and ensuring compliance
Managing IT assets, onboarding/offboarding processes, and documentation
Troubleshooting hardware/software issues and escalating when necessary

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
Minimum 1 year of IT helpdesk experience with basic SQL knowledge
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Basic understanding of networking and Windows system administration
Experience with manufacturing systems (MES/WMS) is a plus
