Responsibilities:

Lead the PMO team, aligning project portfolios with business goals and strategy.
Define and enhance PMO frameworks, governance, methodologies, and best practices.
Oversee project delivery to ensure timeliness, budget control, and quality standards.
Drive portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
Manage overall P&L accountability and maximize value from investments.
Provide executive reporting on performance, risks, and benefits realization.
Mentor and develop PMO managers and project teams to build future-ready capability.
Champion risk, change, and stakeholder management across all initiatives.
Foster continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
Collaborate with business leaders, clients, and stakeholders to resolve escalations and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

10-12 years in IT Project/Program Management, with 5+ years leading PMOs or large ICT portfolios.
Proven success in establishing and scaling PMOs with strong governance and stakeholder management.
Business acumen in P&L management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Strong leadership, people management, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing ability.
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making in complex environments.
Knowledge of networking, cloud, and security, aligning technical delivery to business needs.
Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, ITIL v4, PMI-ACP, MSP, or equivalent).
